If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have 4 children (5 and under) and we ALWAYS have a good experience. Their team is patient and so accommodating to my children’s needs. Never thought my kids would leave the dentist actually happy to return next time but they seem to every time. If you are looking for a great pediatric dental office then this is the right choice!

Amazing first dental experience for my 2 year old! Dr. Sal and Elizabeth did such a good job making him feel comfortable. He hates getting his teeth brushed but after seeing the prizes and pretend brushing the toy’s teeth, he happily let them brush and floss with no tears at all! 10/10 experience

Front desk - excellent - atmosphere clean and fun for kids. Care? Well, Six years with the practice - kind people but seems like a lot of recent outsourcing to staff that are new - decided to leave - recently sealants were done problematical rushed and dentist didn’t check the young staff member that did it- after six weeks totally fallen apart - seems like a reactive than proactive practice and found a practice that will provide context and walk through impacts of parental preference and timing - other issues including a very obviosu missed cavity but - i think quality control needs a reassessment - amount of patients - and no doubt they will step up. .

Amazing team and dentist at little royals. My 3 year old and 5 year old are in competent and patient hands, from their front desk TJ their assistants to the owner Dr. Sal. They are thorough and do not push treatment. Highly recommend!

The pinnacle of atraumatic care, and hands down the best pediatric dentistry practice in South Florida. They care, they listen, and communication between this office and other medical providers when needed is on point. Our children have been going here for some time but today was the first that one of our children has needed a dental procedure, we were grateful for a smooth plan of care. The office is on Nemours/Disney level for environment and how they build rapport with the patient before their treatment, keep up the great work and thank you for making our children excited to go to the dentist.

Loved our first and second visits! Very impressed with the knowledge and compassion of the team. I’m grateful I have the opportunity for my child to receive regular dental care at such an excellent practice.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed with The Little Royals Dentistry for Kids. About two years ago, they placed a spacer in my son’s mouth, and now it has broken off — which should not be happening this soon if it was done properly. When I reached out to have it fixed, instead of taking responsibility for their own dental work, they told me I would have to pay a $125 office visit fee just for them to correct it. That makes absolutely no sense. This is THEIR work that failed. To make matters worse, the only reason my son hasn’t been back in the past two years is because they stopped accepting his insurance — not because we chose to neglect his care. His new dentist even said they would never charge a patient to fix something like this. It feels like they care more about collecting money than standing behind the quality of their work or doing right by their patients. This is especially disappointing for a pediatric office, where trust and care should come first. I would not recommend this place to any parent.

We expected the first visits to the dentist with our first child to be an absolute disaster, this office has mastered making the child dental experience an absolute breeze. On top of that, we had a dental emergency and Dr. Sal spoke with us after hours, reviewed photos that we sent him and then spent a long time the following morning meeting with us and our daughter explaining things. You really can’t ask for more from a medical professional.
