Arrived @ 8:15 for an 8:30 eye appointment. When we pulled up the parking lot was pretty busy, my first thought was I hope they are not busy. When we got off the elevator the waiting room was crowded, if we didn't have a situation with the eye now, would have reschedule this appointment. They are running about an hour behind. The technician Julissa was great. Keeping us informed on what was going on and how close we were to seeing the doctor. For the most part the staff seems friendly and safety is a focus. The staff is really nice!
After visiting both their West Palm and Jupiter offices, I don't understand all the 1-star reviews, other than only complainers post reviews. My experience was completely contradictory to all the negative comments about the front desk staff, assistants and doctors, to where I felt compelled to post a review. Based on the number of clients in just their West Palm waiting room during the time I was their, I'm guessing they easily go through 100+ patients daily, so maybe 200 between all their offices? Take that out just 1 year and you have 50,000 patient visits, with reviews that date back years, so if 15 visits out of well over 100,000 went south that's .00015 or 15/1000ths of 1%. All I can say is I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This office is the worst experience I have ever encountered After the initial consultation the doctor diagnosed me to have cataracts that needed surgery which he stated he would be able to correct And that is where things went from bad to worse they ignored call after call for months I completely gave up on them and found a different and completely professional dr at Yes Eye Surgery Center and now have 20/20 vision in both eyes and here's the real kicker Visual Health finally called me back almost a year later to say I needed to schedule a appointment What A Joke I honestly don't know how they stay in business and shouldn't be treating anyone needing eye care
Staff does not take responsibility to help patients. My appointment (for which I had to wait for over a month) was scheduled for tomorrow, 7/21. Not until today, 7/20, at 2:27 p.m. did staff call me to notify me that they had not received a referral from my primary. I stated that I would go to my primary (around the corner) and have the referral sent over right away. The staff member said, "No. You will have to reschedule." (I will have to wait another month!) My feeling... thanks for NOTHING. If I had been called any time in the morning, I probably could have expedited the referral. After I asked a couple questions that went unanswered, she curtly stated, "It is on them." In other words, not her problem... it is my problem to make sure the referral is made. If the practice want to get and keep patients, they need to do much better than this. This sort of staff behavior comes from the top, so I blame the senior manage.ent and the doctors.
The most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever spoken to! Front desk personnel was very rude and laughed when I asked a simple question regarding an appointment. Do not recommend !
Omg this place is horrible!!! STAY Away!! Front desk lady is rude, Dr Scott was in a rush for us to get the hell out there. The Tech was only person who loved his job and actually cared. So disappointed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
