Angela Gonzalez's Online Review Report Card

i scheduled an appointment with dr gonzalez a few weeks ago thru zocdoc. I called in after arranging the appointment to see if they will request blood work so i can just make one visit with it ready and also to confirm the appointment. they say they dont do that for new patients which is understandable but i have had other doctors do that for me as a new patient. i forget to follow up on the appointment. i receive an email from zocdoc they confirmed the appointment, that the office received the request and accepted it. i receive a few more emails and txt messages about the appointment and do all the pre-appointment paper work. the day before they call to confirm my appointment but for an hour earlier. i tell them i have other arrangements and i receive many confirmations of my time of appointment and even confirm i did over the phone. they tell me they attempted to call to request the appointment time change but “i didn't pick up so they went ahead and scheduled it”. they offer to reschedule to another date if that doesn't work but now im getting the feeling i can do better somewhere else and say not to worry about rescheduling and called it all off. I've reviewed my missed calls and voicemails and nothing from their office making me feel like im making the right choice. i will do better with another office. i am leaving this review for everyone else that is having as difficult a time as me navigating thru this healthcare system.

I have been going to Dr. Angela Gonzalez for over 12 years, yet she will not recognize me when I go for wellness or sick visits. You will think that she will know her patients after so many years. She is a bit too serious, so do not expect any interaction but go straight to the point quickly. Overall, she is an OK doctor. The clinic needs a major makeover as it is outdated. I agree with previous reviews regarding the front desk lady Maria taking your number to contact you regarding work opportunities. She called me several times to the point that it made me doubt whether my personal information was safe at this place. The staff is a little disorganized. I got a couple of shots there, including the FLU, and weeks later, they will call me to follow up for a second dose which, at this point, I don't think my immunization record is accurate. I guess I keep going because you cannot beat the wait time; that is excellent.

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. This doctor is unprofessional and literally yelled at me for being sick. Doctor strongly believed I had covid even though I did not (tested negative twice) and mentioned this to the doctor multiple times. All she did was conitue to yell at me to get out of her office. Never going back to this place or this doctor. Some malpractice going on here as well.

Horrible doctor, I went to see her for a follow up, I told her about pain I was having and asked if I could get an X-ray. She asked me where it hurt, and the severity of the pain. Which she then explained to me that it would have to be an ultrasound. She sent me to get the ultrasound (which I had called her office about in January twice and was told I was fine and didn’t require anything). Once she got the results, she told me everything looked normal. I asked her what can I do about the pain. Dr.Gonzales then told me that I never told her about having any pain because she didn’t see it written down. The reason I requested the ultrasound was for PAIN. The doctor then proceeded to tell me that we never spoke about that, and that it had nothing to do with her. Basically calling me a liar because she didn’t feel the need to write down what we had spoke about. While I was explaining this to her, she wouldn’t let me speak telling me that it had nothing to do with her. Terrible doctor!

excellent doctor. when I see her, she seats down in front of me with a computer and immediately pull out my records. She is very serious with her work. She always available when I need it. I can text her for any concerns and she responds fast! I’ve been her patient for many years now! 🤗 I like her, she is very professional and a trustworthy doctor...

She is rude. She does not like to be asked questions. She does not like interacting with her patients.

Usually takes patients on time and never long waits. Dr Gonzalez personally examines the patients and speaks to patients. She does follow up with the lab results and instead of having her staff, she speaks directly to patients. If you are looking a smiling, joking and socializing doctor, then she is not for you but if you are looking someone who does through examination and the follow up in professional manner then she is the right one.

She's a very professional person. I recommend her with my eyes closed. Yes, she's a very serious person, but that don't make her a bad Dr. Because she's a good doctor, my personal opinion, it's the she is a excellent and exceptional Dr. When you go to your appointment, you are expecting to have small chat with a very professional and respectful Doctor, if you want a clown, to make you laugh, you are in the wrong office, I suggest you, to go to your nearest circus. This place is super unprofessional. The receptionist takes it upon her self to take your personal information off the computer to call or text you about pyramid scheme “work opportunities”. She doesn’t stop harassing my mother and other friends that go to this office. When I confronted the doctor about it she just shrugged it off as if stealing patients information was a normal thing. Would not recommend and will not go back.

Staff is great, The Docrtor on the other hand... very uprofessional , horrible bedside manors and cares nothing for her patients. Do not bother with this DR. She just doesnt care for her patients anymore.
