Like other reviews here. I tried booking an appointment with a doctor through Compass Health. They took all of my information, charged me money to see a doctor through telehealth. And then the doctor never joined the call. There is no way of getting through to the doctor's office directly. If you call, you will keep getting the same Compass Health receptionist. She will say that she is emailing the doctor letting them know you are waiting but the doctor never joins the call. Waited long over an hour and was never seen and there's no way of getting my money back.

Stay far away from Compass Health Systems! Dr. Davis has blown off 3 scheduled tele-visits with me so far. No explanation. She does not return my email, nor does anyone from the company (only one phone number folks! Prepare to leave a message!) EVER return your calls!!! Been out of meds for more than a week! There is NO ONE home here ladies and gentlemen. Seek help elsewhere. After a month, that's exactly what I'm doing. Shame on this company and this doctor!

Compass Health is so unprofessional. Very difficult to reach someone (patients don’t have access to call the doctors office directly, you have to call the company headquarters for anything you need). The doctor and/or office staff forgot to call in a prescription for my child for over two weeks. Had to go without the meds for two days because of their error. The doctor is “okay”, spends about 5 minutes in the room, and appears uninterested in her patients. There are way too many psychiatrists out there to accept this type of care. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to this office for years and I absolutely love doctor Davis. She is knowledgable and hard working. She cares about her patients and always makes time for you. I also have to say her staff is amazing! Between her assistant, the manager, and the front desk girl, I LOVE THEM. They are very friendly and try to help out in any and every way possible. The only complaint is the wait time that has been increasing lately, but I love my doctor and the staff so I would never leave.

Dr. Davis is a wonderful provider. She has always helped me and is very kind and knowledgeable. Whenever I have any questions regarding medication she is quick to respond. She has exceeded my expectations of a provider, going above and beyond the health care system. The team around her are wonderful as well and do an amazing job with the office. Though, I do think they need to expand the office space as the wait times have increased due to what seems a spacing issue.

Along with Greys Anatomy, inspired me to become a doctor. That's how good she is. Helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Embodies the image of the perfect provider.

Simply amazing, Words cannot express how good she is. But put it this way, I am in med school because of her.... Staff is amazing, and the front desk is very welcoming. Much more than your average appointment, this office makes you feel at home.

Dr. Davis is the worlds greatest provider. She is kind, caring and sensitive to her patients. Though as of late, the demand for her has gotten higher and thus, the wait time of 15 minutes has increases to 30-45 minutes easily. As long as you have some patience, you will be satisfied. The staff in the Kendall location is wonderful. Her clinical assistant, Yanna, is very attentive and understanding. Also, the office manager, Amanda, is very thorough and diligent. These ladies in office are amazing

I have been going to this office for 10 years. Had 2 drs who were ok. But My last visit was with Dr Davis and it was my last appointment forever. I had asked her to honor my request of not forcing me to have a student take care of me for personal reasons which I explained to her. The appointment I had after that request forced me to have a student and when I refused the student she came out of her office asked what my problem was, made a scene rolled her eyes. I was brought to tears. Disgusting

Dr Davis was kind and professional. She took the time to sit and talk with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I felt she had an interest in me and and my well being.
