Proffessional, loving and caring doctor.

Dr Felipe del Valle just moved to a new and bigger and nicer location I am very happy for him and his staff also as I been saying for a while one of the most important persons in a drs office is the first person you see the receptionist, front desk person she or he makes or breaks the continuous visit to the drs office dr del Valle has from the first day I arrive there this incredible front desk young lady Tatiana so kind. Respectful, nice, knows her job, in top of the situation if every drs office will have a Tatiana the medical field would be in a better place . So many of us we go see a dr he or she could be nice but if his staff is also kind we are so bless and the dr is bless to have a Tatiana but unfortunately so many of us go to other drs and we need to keep looking for other drs because the front desk is a disgrace full of nasty staff not a care for the patients nor apparently for the dr I personally have spoken to some drs about their nasty staff many of them are stress because they can't find health care personal that actually give a care they don't pick the phone, or they do and then hang up on you tell you the dr does not have a apt for at least 4 months come to find out after seeing the dr that he has not been busy and had open apt so this is what we are dealing with people joining the health care for the money Not for what they are supposed to do which is saving our lives Not killing us with their insensitivity attitude, selfishness, disrespectful, and unprofessional ways many drs will loose by having this individual's working for them. I repeat myself we need more Tatiana's in the medical field dr de Valle you are so fortunate to have Tatiana and the rest of your staff including Elias. I am so fortune to have you in my side. There are only about 10 Drs that they almost have the correct staff the rest I have moved on from their unprofessional ways how we get treated by some drs and staff I believe that these other drs and staff need to get a grip on life and truly think how much they are hurting their patients and at the end because they are the ones that forgot some way down the way why they choose the health professional. P.S my input on this matters being that I have been living this injustice as so many other patients the difference is that I have chosen to speak about it and Not keep silently anymore.

Dr Del Valle has been caring for my grandmother for over 10 years. The office is always responsive and have had no issues throughout the years even on WEEKENDS!

Very unprofessional office staff. I made a new patience appointment 3 months in advance they called to confirm to call me back to tell me they are not taking new patient. Yes I took the day off of work. You think they could at least giving me a one week heads up.

Exelente médico!!!!!! Muy preocupado y dedicado, me encanta, xk se toma el tiempo con el paciente y tiene bastos conocimientos en todos los aspectos, estuve con mi madre en el hospital Baptist, créanme k el dr hizo un exelente trabajo, tanto el cómo sus asistentes. Congratulations congratulations

I was recommend to dr de Valle from his college dr Garcia Akiles about a year ago I was so frustrated by so many incompetence of primary drs and staff he was my last resource I went to the office and from the first time I was stunned by the kindness, respect , loving care professionalism received from the first person you see first Tatiana the front desk then Martha ,Cassandra nurses, assistant manager Elias the girls from the lab Danieva, and Yuni I have counter many clinics, hospitals, private offices and never I meet s group amazing group that treat everyone in a professional way no matter what I feel bless to have the honor to be under the care of professionals that have NOT forgotten why they are there and is to safe lives not to treat us as garbage. If there such thing to give award this office will be in top of the list in primary dr and staff. Thank you for your love to All of us and ofcourse dr Felipe De Valle

My only regret is that it took me so long to find him . My friends recommended him highly and I just did not believe it. Boy was I wrong! He is everything they said and more A great doctor and human being. Elias, one very important member of his team, also cut from a different cloth. Efficient, fast, pleasant, thorough and extremely personable.. What a great doctor’s practice! Dr Del Valle Office is an oasis from the desert Of uncaring physicians of today
