My experience was horrible with this doctor. First she made an incorrect primary assessment of my condition (I had arrhythmia rather than Lyme disease). Then, when she already had my final diagnostic blood work she would not inform me of my negative test for Lyme disease over the phone making me wait for some time to be able to she her in her office (when anyone in her office could have told me the results). Apparently she wanted to charge me for an office visit. And this is after she had called in a prescription that resulted in my having to pay $361 dollars for a simple drug (doxycycline hyclate) that in its cheapest generic form costs @ $11 at Costco. When questioned about this expense for a prescription I did not need she said "thats your problem" and that I could use it for another illness. My brother, an MD himself, was outraged and suggested that some doctors do this to get kickbacks. I pity anyone with limited resources that go to this doctor.

Very disappointed in Dr. Perdomo's professionalism. After misdiagnosing me with possible tick disease she wrote a brandname prescription for the widely use antibiotic doxycycline. The brand name (only) prescription cost me $361 at CVS when it could be bought generically for $11. When I mentioned that some people might be disadvantaged by this she dismissed my concern outright and very defensively said "that it was my problem." I believe this says something about how she views her patients.

Dr Toirac has been an excellent physician to me !! Very caring, and personable. I love her way to. Communicate and explain, her knowledge. Overall extremely happy with Dr Toirac and with no hesitations I will refer my family and friends to her.
