Jose Rodriguez Feliz's Online Review Report Card

Today I am 2 weeks post deep plane facelit and brow lift. My experience has been overwhelmingly pleasant and positive. The professionalis and dedication of the staff is unmatched (and I work in health care). The office is pristine and the operating suite is state of the art! This should be the "gold standard ". I cannot provide enough positive comments to let you know how I feel!! Dr. Rodriguez-Feliz is an excellent plastic surgeon with the most incredibly gentle bedside manner and many years of experience with this procedure and board certified. I felt at ease with his explanation of the procedure. I also felt very confident with Dr. Corine Munnings, who was the anesthesiologist in my case. The knowledge and dedication of Elsa Rivero ARNP is evident with the first interaction. My initial interaction was with Melinda Pullano, who provided me with the information about how this journey would unfold...and was spot on. Thank you...thank you.. Oh..and , yes, my results 2 weeks out are AMAZING!! I look like myself in my 40's....and no Yorkie in a wind tunnel look!!! I will add pics soon...if you're thinking about it...DO IT!!

Outstanding care from Dr. Rodriguez and all of his beautiful staff! I will be back when the time is right and will come here for any or my future needs! Por mucho tiempo estuve buscando un buen doctor que realizara mi cirujua de párpados. Un buen amigo me recomendó al mejor doctor del mundo!!! Y sin dudas lo es!!! Me realizo un excelente trabajo y parezco 10 años menos 😃. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. El y su equipo!!!

As my first experience with any cosmetic surgery, I can say Dr.Rodríguez-Felix and has staff far exceeded my expectations. From the consultation process, to the actual procedure I felt comfortable, welcome and extremely taken care of. I had the unfortunate experience of encountering Jose Rodríguez-Feliz, MD a plastic surgeon, and his Director of Client Experience, Melinda Pullano, and it was an absolute nightmare. Their unprofessionalism and the rude behavior exhibited by both individuals left me deeply dissatisfied and disheartened. Here's an account of the dreadful encounter: 1. From the moment I stepped into the consultation room, it was evident that Dr. Rodríguez-Feliz lacked the professionalism expected from a plastic surgeon. He appeared disinterested and rushed, showing little regard for my concerns or questions. His dismissive attitude made me feel like a mere inconvenience rather than a valued patient. 2. The Director of Client Experience Melinda Pullano, demonstrated an appalling level of rudeness and disrespect. Her demeanor was condescending, and she had a bad attitude throughout the consultation. She interrupted me frequently and made me feel belittled and unwelcome. Such behavior is inexcusable and reflects a complete lack of professionalism. 3. Poor Communication and Lack of Clarity: Both Dr. Rodríguez-Feliz and Melinda Pullano exhibited a severe lack of communication skills. They failed to provide clear explanations about the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. Their inability to effectively communicate left me feeling confused and unsure about the proposed treatment plan. It is unacceptable for professionals in their positions to leave patients uninformed and uncertain 4. Lack of Respect for Privacy: I was deeply disturbed by the lack of respect for patient privacy during my consultation. Personal conversations about other patients and their procedures were overheard, which compromised confidentiality and professionalism. This disregard for privacy is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the clinic's commitment to patient care. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Rodríguez-Feliz and his Director of Client Experience, Melinda Pullano, was nothing short of a nightmare. was highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, Melinda Pullano's rude and disrespectful attitude, poor communication skills, unorganized environment, and disregard for patient privacy are clear indications that this clinic does not prioritize patient care or satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering plastic surgery to seek services elsewhere from competent and compassionate professionals who prioritize patient satisfaction and well-being.

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Feliz and his team through my months of research. I’m very pleased with my results and overall experience. He takes his time to explain the recommended procedure and also the expectations depending on your anatomy during your consultation. His office is impecable, his team is caring and caters to your needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for any cosmetic procedure.

I had a consultation with Melinda and she is amazing and very knowledgeable! They treat you like family and go above and beyond to answer all your questions/concerns in a timely matter. I ended up not doing the surgery however I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding costumer service and personable experience.
