On Oct 10, 2021 I had to go to Urgent Care on Kendall Dr. Due to a allergic reaction, rash and not feeling well . Dr Boukhalil- Laklak was the Urgent care physician and diagnosed me with Angloedema & most important ordered to stop taken the medication Valsartan! I will be grateful for the rest of my life for this diagnosis ! It stopped my occasional nosebleeds, nausea, pain in the abdomen, shortness of breath and the rash is gone! I no longer have those side effects !! Thank you again Dr Boukhalil- Laklak!!!

I saw Dr. Boukhalil-Laklak at an Urgent Care and she did her best to correct a situation created by another doctor, who according to his staff he will not be available for another week.. The nurses that worked with her were great.

Both my late wife, Ruth Keenan-Evans and myself (Jeffrey D. Evans) were patients of Dr. Boukhalil-Laklak, who treated us very professionally and with kindness and compassion. My wife Ruth received the best of care, and I still do She and her staff are courteous and willing to answer any and all questions her patients have. I would recommend her to all.

I’ve never been to a less professional doctor. She’s arrogant and not available. When I told her I called Teladoc because I couldn’t get an appointment, her response was “I need time for myself.“ certainly, we all do, but I wanted a doctor to care about my health and she definitely doesn’t. I was there for a follow up she requested, office rescheduled 4 times, And she acted like I was wasting her time. I told her I had moved an hour away and found a new PCP for next year. When I tried to tell her what my issue was, she just kept writing and got up and left. I asked if she was going to examine me or refill my Rx, she told me to go to my new doctor. I told her that was in November-I thought it would matter. This provider doesn’t deserve to work with patients, and frankly only cares about the income.

Dr. Josette E Boukhalil-Lakiak Is the worst doctor (if you can call her a doctor) I have ever seen. I sent to the clinic (Concentra's Doral Urgent Care Center) were she works on a work related injury and refused to do any exam, if it wasn't for my wife complaining they would have never done a X-ray. Dr. Josette E Boukhalil-Lakiak refuse to show me the X-ray and give me a copy of the medical report,. aside from that she was nasty and rude. I will never go back or recommend her. I also voiced me my poor treatment to the worker Compensation Company that sent me there The HeartFord.

Visited Dr. Boukhalil for the first time today. She is very compassionate, thorough, and takes time to listen to you. She didn't rush through the examination and took time to understand the reason for my visit. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a doctor that cares, is very thorough and compassionate.

Dr. Josette is a wonderful doctor besides being compassionate, cares about her patients, after I leave there I feel I left my psychologist not my PCP. DR. Josette Boukhalil thank you for being you!! God bless you
