The worst doctors office in MIAMI!! I called as a first time patient and they couldn’t give me an appointment because the receptionist was busy, hung up on me. I called back to speak to an office manager, they transferred me to someone who didn’t speak English and told me to arrive at 6am but that they didn't open till 9am. How Inhumane are they. Please try to find somewhere else because if this is why you go through to get an appointment. I could imagine that they don’t care about your health

I am very sad that I as a patient called for a refill of a medication that I am taking for my blood pressure since last Thursday and today is Tuesday and I did have the medication yet. Front desk did not tell me you have to come or pay for this medicine, nothing at all. I believed the doctor is excellent but his administrative process is really bad. Very disappointed.

Llevo más de dos años haciendo mío este espacio y sintiéndome cuidada y atendida. Desde ahí gestiono todos mis problemas médicos. Sus doctores son muy buenos y profesionales. Todos desbordan amabilidad y son muy eficientes.

Very disrespectful from the woman Dr. to called a patient hotel housekeeper when she doesn't even know the patient. I bet she comes from a lower class family and she can't distinguish other people class.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosales for the last 8 years. He is thorough, takes the time to explain, comfort and encourage you as a patient. He is simply outstanding!

Julio's office is a combination cleaning service and medical office. This guy is not a very educated or reputable doctor. The staff there barely speak English and many of them are not licensed.
