This doctor came in to my room with concerns over insurance. Needless to say i have insurance tthrough my employment with the State. He then started discussing my imaging results and as it turned out the results weren't even available at that time. He then tried to say I misunderstood him. Luckily, my husband and mother were on the phone to hear him. They both understood the same as I did. This is an unprofessional and incompetent person making false statements and misrepresenting patient results. I will likely follow up with a complaint with the board of medicine.
