En noviembre 17 del 2022 hicimos un pago en efectivo por una primera cita de casi $300 la cual nos dijeron que a penas el seguro respondiera (lo cual fue así) la oficina de la doctora nos haría el reembolso. Hasta la fecha de hoy no hemos recibido dicha devolución y no obtenemos respuesta. Es un juego de llamadas, comuníquese aquí” allá” pero nadie nos responde. Que decepción.

Mi esposa y yo fuimos con nuestra hija con 5 días de nacido y nos encantó el servicio desde el momento en que llamamos para hacer la cita. Como padres primerizos nos queda mucho por aprender y la doctora nos hizo sentir que podíamos contar con ella para cualquier pregunta, eso nos dio tranquilidad. Muy feliz de poder iniciar este camino junto con la Dra. Gutiérrez

Horrible experience at the office. Front desk is great in getting anything needed. As for the medical assistant. He was no good and seemed inexperienced. For privacy I will not disclose more. The dr herself is normally great but did not have the best experience at the appointment. The other medical assistant (a lady) that was there previously was wonderful. I will be switching doctors. It’s very unfortunate

Dr Gutiérrez is an amazing doctor and has been my daughters pediatrician since birth. Unfortunately her staff is not that great. They have no communication skills, no compassion for patients and just lack simple medical knowledge like insurance verifications. Her team is unprofessional and will keep you in room waiting for over an hour and then act like they don’t know why you are there after they asked you to sit and wait in the room, then have you wait in the waiting room for over 30 min just to tell you, you have to pay for the form you asked for 1.5 hours ago. Again, Dr Gutierrez is amazing and has great bedside manners but her staff unfortunately lack that. Her office manager Cesar, beyond unprofessional, he sat in-front of me saying things about me and my daughter and when I told Dr Gutierrez and she confronted him in-front of me, he acted like he was on the phone and was not talking about us when he literally used my daughters name. This man is unprofessional and has no knowledge on the medical system. He has no compassion or care for the patients that make their practice run. He is rude and does not know how to speak to patients. I will be leaving this office because of the staff, and it’s unfortunate cause I love Dr Gutierrez.
