Dr. Nery has always been very professional and kind. My complaint is based on her office staff the receptionist and other coordinators, they are very rude and not very helpful. They always seem to be bothered and show a lack of interest when as a patient I am trying to explain my medical need to talk to Dr. Nery of the nurse practitioner. I feel that when dealing with patients, you have to have some type of empathy , they lack this.

Dr. Nery is very nice and listens to the patient. Her office staff and environment is the worst at UM. Other UM Drs. office 5, this office 1. The staff is short, not patient friendly at all......

I absolutely love Dr. Nery!!!! She really cares about her patients and takes her time to carefully explain everything. She has such a positive spirit and kind soul. JUST LOVE HER!!!
