I am SO annoyed I could cry. Y'all, my husband and I are at an ophthalmologist's office with my 6 week old because one of his eyes swifts to the right... we were here *exactly* on time. Well, they prioritized another family (that is paying cash) in front of my newborn and they didn't put the drops in until it was his feeding time (40 min after we go here) and he's been crying because he's hungry, and I'm being told he needs to wait another 30 min to be seen (because they're seeing that other family!) How is that even allowed?! I pay for insurance every single month so we can have the care we need and they prioritize another child because their family is paying cash?!?!

I have been going to Dr. Hoff for over 20 years and my eyes are in perfect shape, even though I have a family history of glaucoma and eye problems. Very rarely do you find a great doctor with terrific bedside manner's. Throw in a caring staff and I highly recommend Dr. Hoff

I have glaucoma. Dr Hoff ref me to a specialist. I see Dr Hoff for routine care and testing. I had an exam with specialist on Friday. My eyes became irritated afterward as I am sensitive to the drops and all the poking in doing the exam. By Tuesday my eyes were still irritated so I made appt with Dr Hoff to make sure I didn't have an infection. He refused to examine me until he put drops in to check my pressure even though I just had it done 4 days prior and the drops irritate. I refused. Left
