All facts, no hyperbole below: During my 1st session she barely let me explain my situation and seemed like she wanted to bill the session, prescribe something and move on with no understanding of what I was dealing with. 2nd appointment she was an hour late. Offered no apology and said she has a 1 hour window from her scheduled time to show up for her appointments. One of my medications got lost in transit from Amazon Pill Pack. I called to ask her to resend a new script for that medication. I was told I would need to make a new appointment which I found ridiculous but I did. She said she would send 60 pills since I was now 30 days behind. Yet she only sent 30 and when I called to speak to her about it I was told I would need to make another appointment to get the medication I was still missing. There is no direct line to speak to the doctor. You have to go through Compass Health. Young assistants answer and they are the ones telling me to make more appointments. Compass Health seems like an operation run to maximize appointments and profits and not to care about individual patients. Avoid Michelle De Souza and Compass Health and find a doctor that will treat you like a human being and form a connection with you.
