I went Dr Arrazola’s office recently and his service and caring was outstanding. I’m new to the area and have been looking for a primary doctor for a while and I’m so happy I found Dr. Arrazola. His front desk staff is great and Ivonne at the front desk provides outstanding customer service and very helpful to patients. One of the most helpful medical facilities that I have been to and highly recommend.

The office staff is very personable and Dr. Arrazola is very caring. He does not rush you through consultation and offers affordable alternatives when a treatment is not covered by insurance.

Doctor Arrazola is outstanding. Office staff is great. This was my first visit. The staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I moved to Kendall a year ago. Finding a primary care doctor has been a challenge. The search is over. I highly recommend Dr. Arrazola.

Nice person, but doesn't know how to handle patient's questions. I went for back issues and elbow, and all he knew to reply was "it could be" when I asked him could it be this or that, his response was "It could be" to both questions. How can you guess? He was unable to help me nor get to the bottom of my back or elbow issues.
