Sergio Garcia's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Sergio Garcia since 2017. He is so amazing that everyone in my immediate family is also using him. He is very attentive and very thorough. He listens to your concerns and advises you appropriately. We highly recommend him. PS: His Assistant Jackie is also awesome.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. I went in for an annual check-up and very clearly requested "only the preventative blood work that my insurance fully covers" because I could not afford to pay for additional services. The staff told me that they understood and that I would not be charged anything else. A few days later, they called and said they recommend additional bloodwork to check on a few things. When I asked if this would result in additional charges, they told me I just had to pay $20 for the blood work and nothing else. A few weeks later I received a bill for HUNDREDS of dollars from Quest Diagnostics for blood work. Suddenly, everyone at the doctors office was too busy to take my calls or respond to my emails. Now that I finally got a hold of someone at the office, they are telling me that there is nothing they can do about this and I am stuck having to pay for these tests that I never requested. This was not the lab's fault, it is the fault of this practice. Even if you have amazing insurance and don't think this applies to you, I would still recommend you go elsewhere. In my two visits, I never even saw the doctor's face. Sadly, at no point did I feel like they cared about their patients' health. They barely answered my questions and brushed me off as if I didn't matter. On the bright side, Sergio Garcia's practice set the bar so low that I could pick my next doctor at random and odds are I will have a better experience.

Dr. Garcia CARES. You can tell when he really pays close attention to what you have to say and goes "above and beyond" to get to the true cause of the problem.

Dr. Sergio Garcia is an exceptional professional Doctor you will trust with his warm caring personality. He is exceptionally thorough. When I leave his office I do not feel like a number nor I treated in a rush. Never a substitute he always is the on treating me. I know I will always receive a sincere and caring review of my health issues with the highest standard of knowledge and appeasing all my concerns. His staff is superb as well, reflecting his same outstanding professionalism and pleasant treatment they truly care. I think the DR is very nice, but I felt the actual appointment felt rushed and I waited a couple months to have a physical. I also called to see if they would test me for covid since I was a patient and they told me they do not do it at their office. That's a first.

Phone just rings, and rings, and rings, and rings....and rings....Poor customer service. When they do answer, they are unhelpful. Almost like they don't want to help, like I'm an inconvenience.
