Tor Jarrett's Online Review Report Card

I’m writing this post to save others people lives! I scheduled an appointment to discuss what I thought was the advance stages of perimenopause I.e., irregular cycles, bloating, mood swings, hot flashes etc. Doctor T Jarrett, did not effectively or efficiently listened to me or examine me. He made comments and conveyed studies relating to the fact of me being a black women and overweight. I informed him I did not what to be grouped, I needed to be heard, and seen as an individual. He further cited studies and stated since I like a holistic approach to try a particular tea. I left the office disillusioned and disappointed. I decided to seek other healthcare professionals; where I would be treated as a individual. My new doctor stated he wanted to do a complete makeup of me, including a mammogram. Which I did not have one in about four years. The insistence of my new doctor to have a mammogram done; led to a diagnosis of Stage 2 Breast Cancer (Her 2 positive). I beseech Dr. Tor Jarrett to listen to his patients, individualized them with humanity, and stop grouping human beings by race, weight , and/or social economic, etc.

Dr. Tor Jarrett, in my 72-year experience, is one of those rare physicians who has compassion and patience, as well as a true calling to help; he gives you his full attention and all the time you need. I may be moving away from this area, but I intend to continue to consult with Dr. Tor, as he is called, by phone. His father, Dr. Wentworth Jarrett, is a fine doctor as well. He is no-nonsense, and is focused on getting his patients well. They are a formidable, and outstanding team.

Great experience meeting with Dr. Tor Jarrett. He was kind and patient and answered all of my questions.

This practice is very attentive. They don’t just treat your problems but want to find the source of it and heal you. They inform and educate and welcome any questions you may have . I never feel rushed. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses doctors and even patients are warm and inviting. They are complimenting and funny also. They are thorough and their bed side manners leave you wanting to find a reason to come back. I think it’s my knee this time 😂☺️❤️ Dr Tor Wentworth sent me home with a personable note from the doctor with a reminder of at home to- do’s we discussed. I’d share but that’s personal 😎Every visit leaves me in awe. Grateful to the person who referred me.

Dr. Tor Jarrett is respectful and caring. He listens attentively and provides clear feedback to your concerns. He does not seem to be in a hurry to get away.
