Dr Verma was very dismissive and rude. Refused to answer any of my medical questions besides saying "I don't know" and acted annoyed by my desire to know what was wrong with me (which should be the entire point of seeing a specialist). I left feeling less informed than when I went in. At the very least, she needs to show some empathy.
