Dr. Berrios has been my doctor for nearly 10 years; I like that she does not waste time by talking fluff--she is direct and takes the time to explain things and answer questions. Very helpful overall. Her staff is very good; they do their best to keep patients informed if there are delays and they do what they can to make patients feel at home.

Dr. Berrios is a wonderful doctor; very friendly and efficient staff. I have been a patient of hers for nearly 10 years, and her staff takes the time to make me feel comfortable and at home while I wait for my turn. I personally find the doctor be very professional; she does not waste time being fake or beating around the bush--she is direct and tells it like it is. I admit that she sometimes looks stern and her tone of voice is quite monotone, but she is personable and, most importantly, professional.

Choose any other GYN in Miami EXCEPT for Dr. Berrios. Save yourselves. The doctor herself is fine...average. She's obviously there to get paid as fast as she can, and with as limited patient interaction as possible, and leave. However, my biggest complaint is her atrocious, incompetent staff. This doctor and her office overcharged me nearly $300 for a procedure. Had I not called the insurance to inquire, their office would have never honestly reimbursed me the money that I was deceitfully overcharged for. Furthermore, I had to follow up not once, not twice but FIVE times in order to receive a refill on my medication. The best part? Her assistant hung up on me. Will be switching doctors.

Dr. Berrios has been my Doctor for 12 years and has always treated me with the upmost respect and always listens to all of my issues. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I always recommend her to all of my friends and family members, which consequently go to this office and are well taken cared of and have no complaints.

Will never return to her again. Such a condescending and rude attitude. Wasted my time and money on her and hope everyone realizes it.

I like the doctor herself, she is great. But her staff is incompetent and take forever to return calls or follow up on action items. Furthermore, they don't seem to ever want to help you. I will be leaving this practice after being a patient for five years as a result of my negative experience with her assistant who seemed to have no sympathy for my situation or needs.

I walked out of this office with a different mentality. Zulma Berrios is not someone you can confine in. She was very impersonal. She literally you wanted in & out. When i let her know an Edno was treating me for PCOS she got upset. She stated she was treating me for it, yet ive only gotten worse as time passed by. I left her office a while back but i recommend not going there. You need a gynecologist who cares and you can confine in. Not a Doctor who you feel judges you.

I have been going to Dr. Berrios for a little over two years now, and she is by far my favorite doctor in Miami. She's honest, direct, willing to answer as many questions that you might have, and offer helpful suggestions. She always explains procedures and diagnoses thoroughly so you know exactly what's going on and are comfortable. Her staff is incredibly friendly and remembers patients, and they also have excellent follow up. I'm always greeted warmly and generally don't have to wait too long to see the doctor. The office is nice and the location is really great, too. Once, I called Dr. Berrios' office to let them know that I was getting nauseous from the birth control she prescribed, and might need a different prescription. Her staff offered suggestions to me and let me know that they'd pass along the info. to Dr. Berrios. Later that night (after her work hours), Dr. Berrios called me from her cell to discuss how I was feeling and to give me great suggestions. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Dr. Berrios when I first moved to Miami, and would recommend her to anyone!
