Special Shout-out to Gus at ARCpoint Labs. We’re recently traveled to South Africa just as more stringent requirements were enacted. ARCpoint staff, went well beyond the norm for Customer Service and a special Thank You to Gus, who stayed in touch via messaging as we went through the bureaucratic gauntlet at the airport, etc. WOW!!! Who does that kind of service anymore?!! Tried to tip him and he was adamant in refusing. NOTE: Julio, owner sent a request for a recommendation - a survey if you will however, it seems to not be working, thus this recommendation. We will be going on a cruise soon and we expect we will need to get tested. We now know where to go.

They were so nice , dealt with my changing schedule twice, the call backs were appreciated since I'm busy Alot, the staff was excellent and I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs, plus I hate needles and didn't even know she was already finished, that's good for me, thanks guys 👍😁

Fabulous service, the relief of having my results sent to me SO quickly (within 30 minutes!) was excellent. The staff are super friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help you.An exception shout-out to the young lady who drove all the way up from St. Petersburg to Clearwater Beach to bring my friend her passport when she forgot it in their office - such an exceptional favor, thank you!
