Gregorio Santos's Online Review Report Card

My husband is a current patient of Dr Santos and has been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week. Dr Santos has been on vacation for part of this time and has no back up doctor to assist with filling prescriptions while he is gone which negligent on his part. Since he has returned from vacation my husband has been trying to get his prescription filled for days and has left several voicemails and messages and is being told the doctor is too busy. This is not a medication he can go more than a few days without. His staff has been rude to him on the phone and no sense of urgency. This prescription should have been filled immediately. No practice should operate this way.

Got discharge from hospital was told i needed to see my pcp this week. Called to get in but because im a new patient they cant see me till the 27th i have tried calling before to get started since i got my insurance card but they never picked up phone.

A family member trusted him and paid for it ultimately.

Had my first visit today Very professional and thorough Highly recommended as a PC

This doctor is so incompetent along with staff literally had to make him do blood work on my mother cuz I never took blood work in a year literally this office is totally dropped the ball call my mother my mother's had a pneumonia and COPD after the first CT it said in the records that my mother had suspicious nodules he did not follow up on it like it was recommended when I ask for my mother to have a pulmonary doctor the man said it was too late after my mother had a breathing problem I called and threatened to sue he gave her then a pulmonary doctor we have since change doctors he did another CT my mother now has cancer and had cancer then and it is spread in her body her new doctor found it places that joke

Dr. Santos is a wonderful family physician. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is an excellent diagnostician, asking the right questions and ordering the tests necessary to find out what ails his patients. He is kind, has a caring bedside manner, and is attentive to his patient's needs.
