Dr. DIsanto has been my primary care doctor for 25 years. She has always been so pleasant, nice and knowledgeable. She spends the necessary time to explain things to you. I highly recommend her.

I just got hung up on by the front desk. I have gone over a month without my medication refill, because apparently I need to come in to the office every 6 months (which has never been required for this particular medication) I’ve tried for the past few weeks to get in contact with a medical assistant but have been sent to a full voicemail box. In need of my medication, I decided just to book the appointment. The lady on the phone was short and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I asked if I could be put in contact with someone who can help me get a temporary refill and I was hung up on. So I will be going yet another week without it just so I can come in, pay out of pocket, and get a simple prescription refilled. This office doesn’t seem to want to help It’s patients, they just want your money. Edit: they called me back and gave me a temporary refill. Thank you for being responsive

Ive been a patient of Dr. Di Santo since 2019. Front Desk HORRIBLE NASTY ATTITUDE, as several posts listed. They make you wait for months or push you off to a NP. My Insurance pays for me to see Dr. Di Santo not her NP who called in the wrong medication, ( which means my history was not reviewed) Walked around with a infection for months because you can't get an appointment for months. I paid cash for my last visit on 7/22/21 in the amount of $107.00 only for her NP to call in the wrong Medication. Till this day, I have yet to receive a call from the DR. herself, for the mishap. I continue to get billed for a DOS I paid cash for. I had advised the Front Desk Person of new Ins going into effect as of he following month. But no It was billed, and the nerve to bill me for the balance. The office is a JOKE.

Dr Disanto has been treating me for six years. I have never felt rushed and I felt that she always listened to my concerns. Her staff is helpful and every request that I have made receives a response. Most importantly she has kept me well and healthy

Been wonderful for years....recently was denied healthcare (I am disabled), I asked for help from the front desk where I was told by 'the purple lady' she was going 'on lunch' after I was on hold with Humana for over an hour when I asked her kindly for help with my new insurance-Nope. Turned away like a freak....I have NEVER been treated so badly, by anyone EVER. My new insurance may not be accepted there anymore, at first I was upset, because I really like Dr. DiSanto, now that I think about how I was treated by the staff I happily will be on my way. So disappointed. Thanks for all of your great care Dr. DiSanto...think twice about who you have representing you at your front desk. J. Clarke

Very disappointing. Rarely get to see the doctor. Revolving door of nurses, nurse practitioners and assistants. Wait sometimes weeks for answers. Still waiting for lung scan results, it has been 5 days now. Called and left message right after scan. Never answer phones, mail box always full.

Called to get a Rx renewal and was told I have to see the doctor bc it had been longer than 6 months. 1) I'm healthy and only need my maintenance med. 2) It been Covid for the last 6 months 3) It's sad when its just about the insurance money and not the interest of serviing patients. Good luck to this doctor.

Totally Failed as a Drs. Office. 3 days No call backs no nothing.
