Went in on a Saturday night at 8:45 PM (Fifteen minutes before the closing) to have a cut on my index finger looked at.Registration by Mili was seamless and very fast. Was immediately seen by Vivian. She quickly determined that stitches were needed. She proceeded to clean, prep, anesthetize and put in the stitches in a professional, friendly and precise manner. All the while she made sure I was comfortable and fully aware of all the steps involved. Mili helped her. The two of them made an excellent team. I am very grateful and impressed. I highly recommend the care center. Kudos to Vivian and Mili. They are excellent health care professionals and Baptist is fortunate to have them on their team.

Baptist Health was great! I came in not knowing exactly why I was feeling so bad. They ran some tests and in 20 minutes they knew what was wrong and I was on my way within THE HOUR I got there. Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care!

I had a 10:30 appointment. I arrived 7 mins early. It is now 11. I have seen one person go in from a nearly empty waiting room during that entire 37 mins. I've never been called. At 10:45, when I inquired, they said they would call me in then, but they never did.
