Muy mal servicio, desde la llamada telefónica, que nunca contestan y la grabación de Covid, totalmente atemporal, el front desk, en vez de dar un grato servicio, es de muy mala calidad y perjudica al establecimiento. Doctores, ustedes dan un buen servicio, y si siguen con este equipo Administrativo les garantizo que estarán perdiendo pacientes .. así como mis tres hijos que no volveré a llevar a su consulta.. por mala gestión, tiempo de espera para entrar a la consulta (45 minutos) y por mal personal en el front desk. En estos tiempos que todo es servicio… ustedes no lo están entendiendo ni implementando . He ido personalmente a pedir unos X-rays.. de uno de mis hijos, y aún no son capaces de enviarme las imágenes por email. Espero quede clara la molestia que siento al respecto!

Very poor service, from the phone call, which they never answer, and the Covid recording, completely outdated, the front desk, instead of providing pleasant service, is of very low quality and harms the establishment. Doctors, you provide good service, and if you continue with this Administrative team, I guarantee you will be losing patients... including my three children whom I will not bring to your practice again... due to poor management, long wait times for appointments (45 minutes), and unfriendly staff at the front desk. In these times when everything is about service... you don't seem to understand or implement it. I have personally gone to request X-rays for one of my children, and they still haven't been able to send me the images by email. I hope my frustration is clear!

My daughter is now 26 and she was one of the first few infants when he opened his practice at the Homestead branch. Dr. Guevara is so kind, professional, respectful, and my mom who use to accompany me to help me with my daughter as this was my first child LOVED him as well??! It was a bitter sweet situation because we moved to Atlanta when my daughter was almost 10. So my daughter was his patient until that time??. That infant is now a Veterinary Medicine college student. We still love you Dr. Guevara?? Thanks! Mom

Dr. Guevarra is a great doctor. Not sure what is happening with his staff now during COVID. I have called a few times to get a call back from any of the doctors and Hilary one of the staff is not relaying the messages to Dr. Guevarra or any of the other doctors.

Dr. Guevara has been my 3 children’s doctor for the last 16 years. He loves his patients and has always been the director and advocate for my kids’ health. I feel confident that no matter what Health condition we may face, we have doctor Guevara to figure it out, while working with specialists as needed. He also has the kindest manners and is a sweet pediatrician. I hope he knows how much we appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

El servicio de esta clínica es terrible. Hemos estado esperando más de 1 hora y 15 minutos esperando. Y lo peor es que antes de ir a la cita llamamos para ver si estaban en hora. Nos dijeron que iban retrasados y que nos avisarían. Nos llamaron fuimos y esperamos 1 hora y cuarto. Impresentable. Pésimo servicio

I recently took my son to his Key Biscayne location and had a wonderful experience. The office is beautiful, and Dr. Guevara was fantastic. Took the time to address all my concerns.
