Diane Storey's Online Review Report Card

I have lots of doctors in many disciplines and I think Dr. Storey is one of the best. She didn't waste time or money on unnecessary tests. She helped me with the maze of appointments I had to have being on the kidney transplant list.

I LOVE her! I've been going to her for over 10 years and would recommend her to anyone! She's caring, straightforward and knows her stuff! I see her for all my check-ups and for other issues that come up and she looks after me or refers me to specialists. She's awesome!

I just returned from my annual visit with Dr. Dianne Storey and feel compelled to write a review! She has been my physician for the last six years and for this, I am most thankful. Not only is she highly intelligent and extremely skilled, but also, she is compassionate and a wonderful listener. I just retired after 35 years as an LCSW Medical Social Worker and have worked with hundreds of health professionals during the course of my long career, and i could not be more pleased to call her my physician. Her exam is complete. She is calm and never rushed. She reports tests results immediately. I am comfortable discussing all of my health concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for an Internal Medicine Physician.

Dr. Storey is a wonderful physician who really listens. She is professional, empathetic and knowledgable. Overall great doctor!

We went to Dr Storey when our primary GP was on vacation. This was mentioned to her on bringing her up to speed on our history. To cut a long story short, Dr Storey was informed about the history of the condition, the current level of pain being experienced and she stood there with folded arms saying 'well if this is what you have, I can't do anything for you'. She failed to properly examine her patient, she showed complete lack of empathy and even accused her patient of running around seeking random doctors to fill a prescription and that we should be seeing our Primary GP (who we mentioned was away on holiday which was the reason why we were there). Not once did she show care in her tone, and stood there the whole time in a lecturing disapproving stance. In fact it was SO bad, the patient had a breakdown in her visitation room she was that distraught and in pain combined with the complete lack of care by this doctor. We went back to PAMF and told them what had happened, they took us to Urgent Care and then ER, it was a life threatening condition and required hospitalization!! Dr Storey didn't pick up on this, she didn't even bother to examine her patient. She didn't recommend going to urgent care. I would never return to see this doctor, nor recommend her to any of my friends or family. I had to share this, and a medical enquiry on her behavior should follow. I am sorry I didn't share this earlier. FOLLOWUP - Medical Board of California Complaint Submitted.

A great doctor. I've gone to her for more than 15 years. I recommend her to everyone. She is caring and compassionate. She really listens to your concerns.

Great diagnostician and listener. I never leave without a solution for whatever reason I came in. I think she is one of the best doctors I've ever been to and would recommend her to all my friends.
