If you think I will pay 150. A month you lost your mind,I have been to your office several times and never have been seen by you.I have been seen by your lackeys.

Had a confirmed appointment and when I showed up was advised that the doctor was not there and they didn’t show the appointment in their system even though I had a screenshot of confirmed appointment. Receptionist seemed clueless and I found her anything but customer friendly. The doctor who I was confirmed to see was not here and I was advised that I would have to see a nurse at this facility. I don't recommend this doctor or facility and don’t appreciate my time being wasted and being delayed when I am trying to get prescriptions issued.

Tried to get in as a new patient for 4 months. Office staff kept rescheduling the day before the appt saying Dr May was not available. After 4 months they finally said she is not taking new patients. Wasted 4 months and not able to get needed healthcare and prescriptions filled. She probably has no idea that her office staff is ruining her reputation.

Dr May is a very smart and caring dr we love having her in the keys . I always get well when I go to see her . It’s an average wait time . You get in and out in a reasonable amount of time and your very well taken care of .Also I don’t file my own anything her staff does that .

This place shouldn’t even get a one star review. Scammers, Not professional, most of the employees are rude, dr try’s to make you file your own claims so you never get paid the funds you spent. Makes everything extremely difficult and have to jump through hoops for anything at this office. Save your time and go somewhere else actually anywhere else…

This Dr has the most unprofessional services, documents with patients information and results of testing are all over the place. Anyone can be peeking at documents. Anyone can just walk to the front desk and grab charts that exposed Patient diagnosis etc. Not secure protecting patient's privacy. DO NOT GO THERE.

Dr May is wonderful. She works in conjunction with UM drs who deal with my MS, and I owe her and her staff many thanks for helping me through good and bad times ! She’s always been so understanding of my many issues and helps tremendously! Thank you for being so caring and patient with my issues, and working toward keeping me healthy and comfortable with my disability issues . I can’t thank you enough...

The staff was courteous and professional. The office is clean and attractive, with proper Covid protocols in place. One star lost because I haven't met the doctor yet. I met with the NP who was great. I've heard Dr. May is excellent and will update my review once I know that first hand.

Bad experience with this Doctor and her staff. My husband is diabetic and has high blood pressure he had lab done seen the doctor and was told that medicina was going to be put in the Phamacy after work my husband went to pick it up and it was not even call in. This is unacceptable and it is not first time I also have had this done to me.
