Last weekend, while visiting on vacation, my wife developed an eye infection. After a tele-health appointment followed by a prescription for eye drops, her condition worsened. The great staff at Advanced Urgent Care, came to the rescue!! They were thorough, empathetic, and most importantly spot on in their diagnosis, advice, and care plan. Needless to say, they saved our vacation!! Thank you Advanced Urgent Care!!

I am a 100% disabled combat veteran. I was experiencing a higher level of pain then normal.i came to key west on a cruise ship and needed an urgent care. I called the VA and they sent me here. After the better part of two hours. My wife and I left. I would not recommend this place for a veteran in need..

10/22-2023 : I became disheartened with medical care, as a concerned companion I felt helpless. My friend was treated poorly, and complacent medical personnel reinforced the "socialized medicine" protocol I felt! Dr. Boros helped my friend, and David my medical concerns. I go to Urgent Care for most of the issues I would usually have to go to the hospital for. Especially blood and lab work. All staff is professional and friendly but especially Thanicia who is always so cheerful she makes me smile while she’s sticking me with needles.
