Dr Wagstaff is amazing!! So caring! His nurse is caring. The office is poorly managed though... and the desk reception woman has no bedside manner at all. It’s worth the frustration and challenge you may encounter with the front desk in order to get through to see Dr Wagstaff. He is awesome at his job!!

Dr Wagstaff is an amazing doctor. He is so caring. His office is so poorly run though. The front desk woman is really blunt and rude; just knowing that beforehand will save you some frustration.

Dr Wagstaff is a caring doctor who has made time for me and been a comfort to me when I was scared especially during my health emergency during this crazy time of covid. I'm thankful to have him as my doctor .

I was looking for a family doctor and went by the good reviews. On my first visit I was shocked with very dirty floors everywhere and the very outdated equipment. Second visit I have been told it would be about a 10 to 15 minute wait outside. I waited more than 1 hour without anybody coming out at all... not happy, will try my look some place else

THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE!! THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE!! Their name may say Urgent care but it’s only the business name. It’s actually a regular doctors office and if you don’t have a referral your insurance will deny the claim and you will pay full price. I’m not sure what kind of scam this is however it will be a headache for you if you go here and need referrals. My advice is to stay away, and this “company” needs to change their name as to prevent this from happening to other people. The doctor should be ashamed of himself.

Dr Wagstaff was paying attention and followed up on my progress when I was suffering from a large abdominal cyst. It was removed and I’m much better. Thank you Dr Wagstaff
