Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Ferris demonstrated his thorough understanding of the practice of Urology both in his doctor to client relationship and the execution of a smooth and successful procedure.

Dr Fariss and his excellent team of nurses and administrators helped me survive the aftermath of a near-deadly accident and further radiation damage from prostate treatment. I was patiently guided to a major surgery I needed but feared. He performed it perfectly, and I have greatly improved. I never have to wait long, and they actually answer the phone personally.

not very happy with Bruce bad communication across the board and their were other things that were worse I will leave at that

Office Staff unprofessional. Dr. Left patient go refusing to properly Refer patient to another Dr. Also refused to treat patients urinary bleeding; previously diagnosed as a urinary tract infection with Antibiotic. Office manager refused to provide name etc.

Office Staff & Nurse rude. Refuse to provide names. Dr. Refused to provide Refferals name- antibiotic etc. My wife was upset with their attitude. Would never recommend.

I am so glad Dr Fariss is in Key West! He helped me through my first major medical disease and was able to quickly pinpoint the problem, do all the appropriate testing, and give us expert guidance on our options. He acted with a sense of urgency, and has tremendous expertise. We’re very pleased he and his staff were able to help us, not sure how things would have turned out with another urologist...
