Was overcharged and the desk staff was rude. My doctor wasn’t even a doctor but a nurse practitioner, and she prescribed me medication that exacerbated my condition and made it worse. when I called to speak to her to let them know, she was unavailable to see me for an extended period because she was on vacation for a few weeks and the desk recommended I go to urgent care or the ER instead. Completely unacceptable.

Stay away from this place. It is a scam. I went because I needed my medication refilled that cost $23 and was served with a bill for over $400 to my insurance. Nothing was perform but simple refill the medication. After several calls one medication has not been sent to the pharmacy still yet i was served with a huge bill. Completely unacceptable. Worst i didnt receive both prescriptions. No apologies no sympathy. do not do the same mistake look for a different doctor!!

Dr.Charity is an Excellent Doctor. I have been treated by her a little over {3} years. I have severe Health problems and have under gone 6 Major surgeries,including open Heart surgery at Baptist Hospital in South Miami. I first came into this office over 4 years ago and opened an account with Dr.Attila,the owner of the business. Dr Attila is also an Excellent Doctor. Dr Charity has a very nice personality and knows her job completely. Key West residents are very lucky to have Dr.Charity providing excellent service to us. I am ---78---now and I feel I'm in very good hands with Dr.Charity,at this age we need better than good health care,we need EXCELLENT care and she provides it. The PA was awesome and worked towards solving the medical concerns at hand. However I have a huge issue with the front desk staff. I have no insurance and pay cash for visits ultrasounds and blood work. The woman whom received my payment on the second visit did not write me a receipt and mismanaged 160$ after not being able to provide change initially. I am now expected to pay twice. When I addressed her the first time she claimed it was an issue with the patient billing portal. The second time she completely lied and or was forgetful. Please beware of payments and always get a receipt.
