Unless you dont have insurance and need to get on a payment plan I would not recommend any of their locations. I tell my doctor how I feel and he ignores everything I say. My condition never improves but he stays on the same course of treatment. I actually have my primary doctor giving me the medications I need. Ive had so many doctors in this place and they are all the same cold and indiferent.

El personal excelente. Lo único q tengo para sugerir es que se cumplan las citas a la hora agendada. La cita fue programada a las 10 am y pasamos con el doctor excelente médico a las 1130 am. Por lo demás GRACIAS.

Although the employees and doctors are nice the system of this clinic is terrible. I get referrals for other patients delayed in referrals doctors never respond to inquires sent via the patient portal nothing requested through the patient portal is processed or acknowledged. You will never get a call back from the nurses. And the wait time if you go inperson 4 hours easy with an appointment.

I would give 10 stars but only 5 are available. On 10192021 Dr Moises Riveron was extremely empathetic professional caring and thorough. He and my check in and check out staff Exceeded my expectations for service in every healthcare setting I have been in. I hope CHI continues to lead in this way.

Only posting 1 star because of Mae Goins. She made my life an absolute living hell when I worked there for a year. Worst person in the world.

Ive been going to chi Doris Ison location for over 30 years. Its a one stop shop type of place meaning I get everything I need in one visit. The staff are very understanding and always willing to help you accomplish your needs. The doctors take their time to hear you out with all of your complaints and concerns. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my care.
