George D. Peterson's Online Review Report Card

Wanted to do another transvaginal ultrasound himself instead of accepting the one I had done 3 weeks ago. As someone in the medical field I know there is nothing that he was going to see any different than what was already done, in my particular case, that would change my treatment plan. This is simply a way to increase billing and is irresponsible. And it is a difficult test for me to go through, so obviously he cares more about billable tests that actual patient care.

I have been seeing Dr. Petersen for about 2 years. He is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor concerning cosmetic fillers and skin care. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they are extremely happy with the results. His wife is the office manager and has always been wonderful. She encouraged my friends and I to join the Allie program which has amazing discounts.

The best place ever! Dr Peterson is really a Professional! He is the only one who figured out how to make my lips shape equal again after last summer's accident. He showed me all labels on the stuff he uses to treat me, I think it is very good honest approach for your clients. The girls at the reception are very, very, very friendly, which is very important for me; I love feeling like I am in a family! And yes, I adore Isabel - she is always trying to find the best time for me; I am constantly in a hurry. And I always enjoy Isabel's Boho-style and a great jewelry choice, and the entire team is just beautiful ladies! Great job!

BEWARE! I'm sure there are hundreds of women who have had positive experiences with Dr. Peterson, as he came recommended by almost everyone I asked. I honestly don't know why! He was aloof and seemed uncaring at almost every visit, but he was "the best on the island," so I went with him As my OB. About 2 months before my due date, I developed a hard spot in my breast. I told Dr. Peterson about it and his reply was "It's your milk coming in." He didn't look at the lump or even touch it! As a first time mom, I figured the "best doctor" knew what he was talking about. At each consequent visit for 2 months, I mentioned it to the doctor and nurse, and always got the same response. A few weeks before giving birth, I awoke with a terrible pain in my side. After a visit from EMS, I decided to forego the ER (pain had subsided) and call Dr. Peterson the next day. I was told it was the positioning of the baby. Fast forward... I gave birth, but still had the lump in my breast and pain in my side. For 2 days, the pain continued until at the urging of the neonatal nurse, an ultrasound was ordered. After a battery of scans, it was discovered that the lump in my breast was breast cancer that had metastasized to my liver, spine, and hip. The only thing I can remember Dr. Peterson (who became very caring at that point) saying was "Pregnant women don't get cancer." over and over. Well obviously they do, and after doing research, I read 1 in 3000 are diagnosed. It would've taken a few minutes, if not seconds, to check the lump. I don't know what would have been done differently and how it would have affected my pregnancy, but I do think that had Dr. Peterson showed even a little bit of concern, the cancer could have been found earlier and perhaps not have spread. Over a year later, I am still undergoing treatment for the cancer that has now spread to my brain. I realize mine is a special case that most women will not experience, but if you are looking for a doctor who will listen to and respond to your concerns, seek another doctor!

i’ve had the absolutely experience with dr peterson , i’d recommend him forsureeee !!!!!!! he delivered my babygirl and he made sure i was okay even after getting sent home from the hospital . your the besssttttt dr peterson !!! ❤️❤️❤️

BEST OFFICE IN FLORIDA! Guys, I live in Orlando and I personally find it beyond worth it to hop in a car and drive 7 hours for their services. The office is always so clean (especially now during COVID). I see them sanitize everything between patients. Also, Dr. Peterson is groundbreaking! Im serious!! He's honest and explains your concerns thoroughly. Not to mention he is funny and doesn't push treatments and services for profit. He will give you his true opinion 100% of the times, all while making you comfortable and relaxed. The staff is very friendly and always welcome me with a warm smile. If your considering this office, stop waisting your time and call for an appointment.

Doctor Peterson is the best doctor ever. He is so professional and provide the best level of care and his staff is amazing!!!!!

Probably the worst experience as a new mom. His nurse Tiffany I believe her name is, is great. His appointments are so short and you feel rushed. But they discharged me at 29 weeks because I denied taking a covid test, (which we were locked down and I went no where), but he was fine with me not taking it in July. (In October he said it was an issue) I also showed them some paper work they requested from my old doctor on my patient portal. They were fine with that and never said a word about it not being sufficient. (In June). So fast forward to September/October. I get a phone call from his wife at 7pm (unprofessional) telling me he’s no longer caring for me as a patient and I’m discharged. I’m 29 weeks, no complications, showed up to my appointments. You know it was super hard finding a doctor to take me on, just because he let me go so late in pregnancy. I ended up flying home (Military family) and finding a doctor, which was amazing. She ended up catching that I had Preeclampsia. Which explained my headaches I was telling doctor Peterson about (he thought covid), he never once checked on any levels to see if I actually may have had pre E. But thankfully I went to another doctor that treated me and I delivered with no complications. If I would’ve stayed here and delivered I’m not sure what would’ve happened since what I had was serious. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this OB to anyone.
