I've gone to Dr. Vonhilsheimer several times. I kept going, because people seem to like the office. Every appointment feels extremely rushed. He can hardly be bothered to answer your questions, and often doesn't explain or say anything at all. He does not inspire confidence. I won't be back.

Dr. Von Hilsheimer performed mohs surgery on a skin cancer on my scalp. The doctor and his staff are extremely competent and are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I was told a 1/4" freckle on front right shin was melanoma. Being gullible and not asking for lab results 'upfront', I allowed Dr. V. to do office surgery to cut it out. He cut a 5" gash sideways and now there is no fat, but a painful pure skin over bone area. He left an unsightly scar that I asked numerous times for him to do something about that he kept avoiding and ignoring me about. I recently asked for actual lab papers but was only given his 'notes'. Very upset about service.

Dr. Von is a great dermatologist! I have been a patient for years, he is very knowledgeable/ thorough. All the staff are professional and very pleasant! Highly recommended!
