I have been a patient of Dr Norris for several years. He is kind, caring, incredibly intelligent and excellent at what he does. His office staff is a direct reflection of him. Kind and professional. Dr Norris during Covid traveled hundreds of miles to test and help people that weren't even his patients, and never took one cent for his efforts. He shied away from any accolade, quick to say we were all in this together. He recorded a video everyday to guide us and help us through this pandemic with science and caring. Dr Norris is performing his god given duties to humanity. That's not hyperbole, this is his calling. It's in his genes and his DNA. His family suffered greatly during the pandemic because they just never saw him. This is a dedicated and educated man who gives as much to his community as he does to his practice. If what I just typed doesn't explain everything you need to know about this man and his practice I don't know what else to type. Just this...I would walk through fire for this man.

I totally agree with the critiques of the office staff. Roma is a total failure as office manager. I've worked in Medicine most of my life and have never had problems with staff like this. If Dr Norris was not as good as he is, I'd be gone from this practice. He is however, an exceptionally compassionate physician...

To start off the lady that opens is very rude. I am in Key West on vacation and had a very bad cough so I was at their door at 8:00am. Well...we don't open until 10:00 and besides that we are not taking new patients. I have a idea she didn't want to deal with me. Oh well.

Moved to the Keys a year ago from Atlanta. My wife and I have been very impressed with Dr Norris and his wonderful staff. Dr Jack takes time to listen to you! How many doctors do this? Not many. I highly recommend Dr Norris and I’m very comfortable doing so. Great Doctor.

Outstanding physician in all respects. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, very personable. Takes whatever time is necessary to resolve the medical issue and determine best course of treatment. Been to a lot of internest Doctors over the years....he's the best.

Dr. Norris is an extremely caring and expert physician. Do you have to wait sometimes? Perhaps. But that is only because the patient before you somehow had greater needs than anticipated. The next time, it could be me who needs that extra time and care. He is ALWAYS available to his patients. I don't know how you could ask for more.

I have been seeing Dr. Norris for over 8 years, I think he is very good at explaining things to me, and answers my questions well. From time to time, he may run behind, but I can assure you he will spend time with you when it's your turn, he doesn't appear to play "catch-up".
