The staff here are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Fantastic rates. My favorite part is getting to see Dona! She’s amazing at her job, truly an artist and an overall nice person to be around. Always a pleasant experience here. I’ve had microneedling done here as well as Morpheus 8, great results. Will keep coming here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the Keys for cosmetic work but Dona.

If you are looking for a run of the mill facial,this place is not for you. I had the best facial ever,the esthetician's name is Donna. To begin with she analyzed my skin thoroughly and explained how and why she will be treating my skin. She has the newest skin care equipment and a great line(dermalogica,top of any skin line)after I was done,I felt I had a face lift, the skin felt so moisturized, tight and dewy,that I didn't feel the need to put makeup on,even i went for lunch. The place is very quiet and clean and so relaxing , they also had body equipment and other "Goody's" there.i liked the place so much that i bought gift certificates for Christmas. The space is on McDonald's Avenue in Stock Island at Dr.peterson establishment. Thank you Donna, can't wait to go back there T.G.

If you're wondering, this place is amazing. I won a gift card for Lazer Services at a raffle. I never thought I could do theae types of proceduees with my health and the meds I am on. Dr Carlos & his staff made me feel so comfortable, eased me into it by practicing on my feet, looking into the contradictions with my meds/condition and everything. This is the place for all of your Lazer needs.

Had my second visit to KW Med Spa today. I have to say, I love the Doctor here! He is kind, patient, informative and real. I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me, or let me get something that I didn’t need or that wasn’t necessarily right for me. He also took the time to talk with me about services that may be a good fit for me in the future. I’ve been to 3 Med spas in KW since moving here in hopes of finding the one for me- todays visit and the care that was provided to me has sealed the deal :) thank you for that!

A wonderful experience! Marquesa is very welcoming and Dr. C made me feel comfortable throughout my laser hair removal treatment. Dr. C explained everything thoroughly and he is very efficient and kind. It's so great to have Dr. C and Key West Med Spa on the island and not have to go to "the main land". First- I want to say that Donna who does the IPL is amazing and went above and beyond. However, the IPL treatment did not do what it was supposed to. I had purchased 3 treatments. My skin is fair and has a few light brown spots and some red in the cheeks. I am an ideal candidate for IPL. After the second one produced barely any results-( you are supposed to get dark brown spots that flake off) Donna pumped it up for the third- but after a few days- still no brown spots. She spoke with the company and even gave me a complimentary 4th treatment. Sadly- after 4 treatments there was barely any noticeable change. 😢

Such a wonderful experience! They were professional, took a medical history, and I felt amazing afterward. I booked the one hour Swedish massage with Sam. As a bartender on this island, and someone who has had previous injuries, it’s very important to make sure your body is being treated by a professional.
