List of Kozlov Andrew Md's Reviews
My son was referred to Dr. Kozlov by the emergency room. I had taken him to severl other doctors and no one could figure out why he was having issues with his left eye. I took him to Dr. Kozlov and she found the problem was due to an old eye injury, that I didn't even know he had. (He is 24 now) Had it not been for Dr. Kozlov and her caring expertice, my son would have eventually lost his sight in that eye. She is a fantastic doctor, who explains things so you can understand them. She TRULY CARES about her patients. I will be seeing her soon and my other son is too.
I had Dr.Zinovy Kozlov take care of my medical issues twice. He's a very good doctor and I would recommend him highly. He is friendly and makes you fell comfortable.
My experience with Dr. Zinovy Kozlov was unpleasant. I went to the Prohealth Urgent Care located in Greenpoint. My son had a high fever. My husband and I explained our concern. We mentioned that our son recently had a Bris circumcision by the mohel. Dr. Kozlov immediately began chastising our decision and made ignorant, misinformed remarks about this practice and he misdiagnosed my son. He said our son had an infection because of the circumcision and needed to be hospitalized and would need to be on IV. We went to the ER, two urologist examined him and confirmed he did not have an infection. He was treated for stomach bug and his fever was reduced.
basically told us there is nothing he can do and to follow up with our doctor.
Dr. Kozlov does not listen to a patient. He insisted I take samples of medicines that I have previously had bad reactions with. When I tried to explain why these are not appropriate for me he curtly interrupted and insisted I take the substitute medicines: these drugs are a danger to me but he would not look at my history. He is the worst with a patient I've ever experienced.
such a nice surprise -after seeing a lot of tired and overworked doctors who hardly ever were taught good bedside manners-come to the office of very knowledgeable, professional ,who also great on personal human level. Thank you,Doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
