List of Melanie Youschak's Reviews
The most amazing pediatrician! So impressed with her knowledge, care, and soothing voice. So happy to have my newborn and 1st child in her care
The pediatrician is very caring and attentive to patients. I’m happy we decided to use their services.
Everyone at this office is caring, helpful, and professional. Your children will be in great hands in Dr. Youschak's care.
I have my daughter appointment scheduled for 1:00pm and we are from marathon I call 45min before to aware the office that we running late and they told me that they don’t have any problems and when we get there the rude old lady in the front told me that they can take my daughter because we are late ,I explain and show the phone call and she told me that somebody else answer the phone and It wasn’t her. Long history short they didn’t assist my daughter even though we drive marathon to key west, And when after a long discussion I told them FINE I’m going to take her to another doctor. The rude old lady in the front just told me GOOD LUCK. Never come back again.
I wish we could have gone to Dr Melanie, but sadly the lady answering the phone is rude and not helpful at all. They had to cancel my first visit appointment with my daughter, which i totally understand, but the lady never called me back to reschedule like she said they would. When I call she gives me an appointment for another month later. And when I said I needed please another time instead of when my kids are at school, she told me “oh well, I can’t help you then” I think it is extremely rude and very unprofessional. We will be taking our kids to another pediatrician.
Horrible front desk, not help at all everyone rude and no helpful! Maybe this doctor is good but her front desk office is not helpful and old lady is at front desk and she was very rude, I mentioned my kids were sick she did not care at all and gave me an appointment for a month! Really waiting for a month when you have sick kids!! I will never go to this office again!!!
First time patient! Everyone was so nice and sweet. Definitely recommend!😊😊😊
Dr. Youschak is great, but you just can't get appointment with her. If your kid is sick, it's impossible to get appointment with this office. The answer from office is go to the hospital or urgent care. Last 2 years I do not bother my kids pediatrics office anymore with sick kid, I know the answer. Last month I scheduled appointment over the phone with Dr. Youschak to do physical examination, I waited 2 week, but sorry you don't have appointment with Dr. Youschak, but Dr .Elizabeth. Dr. Youschak you are great, but experience at your office desk is not good.
She is AMAZING! Showed me my baby’s charts & made sure everything is good. Caught on to a heart murmur that the last pediatric didn’t catch on to. Im so grateful I chose her to be my baby’s pediatrician :).
Been to Dr. Youschak's office once in past with one of our twins. No issues and we did not have to do a "new patient work up" as I recall before she was seen for an illness. Now, In the middle of a pandemic her twin sister is sick and we get, "sorry we cannot accept new patients unless you first are seen for a work up appointment." This is our Humana Military Tricare Assigned Provider and they won't see a 6 years old with a headache, sore throat and high fever in the middle of this COVID mess unless we first bring her in for a work up (admin - separate bill to humana) and THEN they will make a follow up appointment for NEXT WEEK to address the fever. Tells me the priority is money before the patient. Not asking for a miracle, just think the welfare of the patient should be addressed and the admin stuff done concurrently in a situation like this. My father was a small town doctor and would have lost it if any of his front office folks would have done this to a patient. If your military - recommend you go see your Tricare Assigned PCM NOW to get the "work up" out of the way and the Dr paid first so you can be seen when you really need it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
