Just received a call and have an appointment for which I am very grateful. I thought I needed to revise my review in light of them reaching out to me for an appointment. I went to Dr. Berman for years and loved him. When he retired, his practice was bought by Keys Dermatology. Their appointment wait times are horrific. I had to wait an exceptionally long time for a normal annual mole check this winter. Now I have a real problem that needs to be evaluated and was told the first available appointment is almost 2 months away. After saying I could not wait that long, the receptionist rechecked stating there were no other appointment openings. In all fairness, when I did go in Dec, I was well treated by the PA. My problem is the amount of time to be seen with a real problem.

I was visiting Key West and was lucky enough to get an appointment because someone had canceled. Dr. Berman is the best dermatologist I’ve ever consulted. He immediately put me at ease, was thorough and took time to listen to all my concerns. I highly recommend him. His staff was also friendly and accommodating.

I've had 3 to 4 visits with him. I've been to dermatologist for over 20 years and he's by far, the worst I've ever seen. He's extremely rude and unprofessional. Last visit I left feeling like I was accused of being a ridiculous patient to ever question his medical advice.

Had a unbelievable "bad" experience, I had Dr. Berman look at a skin lesion on my right fore arm, which I was told by him several times that I had nothing to worry about it was not anything, but after my insistence a the area was removed and sent out for analyses. Almost 2 months later I received a phone call from his office stating that I indeed had skin cancer( malignant melanoma) and that I needed to come to his office right away. Why did it take that much time to notify me of the results !

It's always easy to get an appointment and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The office is clean, quiet and relaxing. I have always been seen quickly and Dr. Berman, himself, is witty and engaging. I have always received courteous and professional treatment from him.

It's easy to schedule an appointment and I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes after arriving to see the doctor. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. Dr. Berman is friendly and professional. The office is clean and nicely decorated and the overall exprience is quite satisfactory.
