I've known Dr Douville since the early 80s, he's taken care of my whole family and continues too today. He provides Key West with the best eye care available and cares deeply about each of his patients. 👍👍👍👍

Called one week ago to make an appointment and no one has given me a called back, they can't be that busy to returned a call, I am Medical Assistant and I know how the process is but it don't take a whole week to call back a patient

Called yesterday trying to get in (they were booked). Explained that I had my cat scratch my eye and they made sure to see me today. Dr. Douville is so kind and really took the time and effort to make sure I was okay. He even offered to come in on his day off if I was still experiencing pain. His whole staff were so kind on top of it. I honestly cannot recommend this office enough. I can absolutely see why he has 5 stars, it is 110% a 5 star place. I cannot thank them enough!!

I have moved from Key West after 28 years. I am a Nurse and was a patient of Dr.Douvill for 17 years. I Miss KW and my eye Dr. He was the only Dr's. appointment I ever looked forward to.
