Asking for an appointment with a specific provider, got there and they switched who i would see. That provider couldn't help me, but said the surgeon would be able to do a zoom call because I live 50 miles away. When i went to make that appointment i was told they could not. When i asked for the medication i was also denied. The point of the appointment was to get the medication but because they couldn't communicate i was not able to get it. Communicate in the office needs to improve. I would recommend going to another place that communicates. Womankind is much more helpful and on time.

Extremely pleased with everything about my visit to this office. I saw the nurse practitioner and had the most thorough care as I have ever experienced on the island. Would highly recommend !

I LOVE Dr. Ward. When I first switched to her, she fixed an issue that had been giving me pain for years that my previous doctor kept misdiagnosing. She spends a lot of time with you, and she is extremely knowledgeable and addresses your overall health, not just gynecological. She makes you very comfortable and is easy to talk to. The office staff is great too. I'm very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Ward.

I have been going to doctor ward for about 6 years. She is absolutely wonderful. She will sit and talk to you and figure out what's wrong together. She doesn't stop until she figures it out. And makes you feel better.

Poor office staff. Won’t return calls

Worse care ever. Saw the nurse practitioner. Don't contradict her or ask her questions. You will get attitude and ridiculed. I was coerced into signing up for colonguard even when I was not interested. I completed the test and waited two weeks for a call. When I finally called the receptionist told me she could not give me any information over the phone. I had to take time off to go to the office and when I got there I was told they did not have any results. I just turned around and left. Called colonguard directly and they advised the results had been sent electronically over two weeks ago. I was able to get the results directly from the company and sent it to my GP. In addition, I told the NP about a pain near my kidney. She began to educate as to where my kidneys were located and laughed at me because I had pointed lower. Turns out I had a kidney stone that was traveling from my kidney south. Ended up having surgery to remove the embedded stone. Please listen to your patients, don't laugh at them instead provide a professional atmosphere. Never once met the real doctor but if her office workers and NP are this unprofessional then not interested. Am going to Dr. Santiago now.

I saw Dr. Sharon Ward for 5 years while I lived in Key West but we moved recently out of state. I really liked Dr Ward and everyone in her office. I never waited long, never rushed and everything was explained in plain words with empathy and often humor! I’m going to miss you all.
