I have found Dr. Rossi to be professional, caring and insightful. She is a wonderful psychiatrist for adults and children alike, and is very present during appointments. In particular, I can’t list the number of stories I have heard from parents of children whom have found her to be incredibly helpful. She is a very intelligent and open-minded person, yet I believe it is her empathy and demeanor that made me feel the most comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr Rossi for some time now and I think she's wonderful. She is very aware of my condition, and has treated me for my illness. She has tremendous empathy. I would highly recommend seeing her.

The respetionist is extremely rude and unsympathetic. She shamed me for my condition and refused me an appointment because i don't have an address. Stay away from this place. An absolute nightmare. I hope they fire that awful woman. Zero stars!

Doesn’t give real tools, guidance, or direction. She just prescribes. Nods a lot, says ambiguous things that could be applied to anyone. She seemed very checked out.

It took me years to find a physicist that i was satisfied with on the island. I suffer from adhd anxiety an occasional bouts of depression. After seeing many clinics with ever changing Drs. I am so happy to have such a kind congenial and competent doctor hearing Key West I will definitely be sticking with dr. Rossi she absolutely cares about my experience in Key West and my mental health I highly recommend her

She doesn't care for her patients or their history. She will write you whatever pills you want, schedule you to come back in a few weeks for a follow up then won't be in the office for a month. She is a terrible doctor with even a worse attitude. Glad I can help pay for the Audi you drive, when you feel like being a dr.
