I had an appt at 1pm. I decided it's my first time there so let me get there early. I checked in at the front desk at 12:32pm. The gentleman gave me some form to fill and told me have my insurance card ready, sit down and one of the ladies will call you when they come in. (I guess they go to lunch or something) They came and I waited. People came in and they was seen, and I waited. So at 2pm and told them cancel my appt because everyone who came after me was seen. The lady to me, "We normally want the patient's to come up after they finish the paperwork." That would of been nice if you was there to tell me that if you was there when I checked in at 12:32pm. So it was a waste of gas and time! Never go back again!! So much for the patients!!

If you're young the doctor won't listen to you or take you seriously. They scheduled tests without scheduling a follow-up so I had to wait an extra two weeks to hear the results. When I came for the results I waited an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. When I saw the doctor he told me the test results were fine and kept interrupting me when I tried to bring up my concerns with my symptoms that have been persistent for a month now. He clearly wasn't taking me seriously and wasted my time. If my results were fine they should have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time and money with another office visit, especially since the doctor won't even listen to concerns. Would not recommend.

Dr. Javaid is an excellent doctor and takes time to explain everything. I was refer to him to get an stem in my artery when the doctor I had say he could not do the surgery because it was located in a very difficult area. Since that I became his patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Although the staff is friendly... the doctor himself does not take time to educate or explain things thoroughly. He seems to be all about the money... only increasing your doses of medicine at each visit and ordering equipment that is truly uncomfortable and pointless. He does not address your personal concerns or gives you additional or alternative information to strengthen your condition. He is quite rude once you try to confront him as well. I would NEVER recommend and have considered investing further to see who else I can report him to. Very unsatisfied with his practice.
