Left office feeling very disrespected and more confused than upon entering.

The entire office staff as well as Giselle the office manager is unprofessional and does not return VMs or urgent matters. Weeks of trying to get in contact about my referral being declined as well as my insurance company contacting them and they lied stating the resubmitted it. Never going back

The Davenport office is very slow. Waited 90 minutes past my appointment time. No one bothered to update me on what was happening. My next visit was even worse for made me and everyone wait in our cars during 95 degree heat. Someone’s car overheated and had to be towed. Do not come to the Davenport office.

I had my appointment with the doctor. We came up with a plan which included taking an MRI and his office getting my previous records. I live a distance from his office, he said he would call with the results. I never got a call. I tried to call the office several times to get those results. The voice mail does not work (they know this) so it is not possible to leave a message. When I did reach the office, they would not give me the results. I was told the doctor would call with them. He didn't. When I checked, he was away. Did not receive a call when he returned. The only way I got the results was by stopping at the lab for them. Never got an explanation from the office. The staff is cold and not helpful at all. I am looking for a new pulmonologist.

Have had appointments four times, each one was canceled At this point after having four appointments canceled, There is no use of having a Dr. who keeps canceling appointments. I called to have a letter stating I was total disabled! He won’t do it because he hasn’t seen me in over a YEAR! Again, not my fault, if he didn’t keep canceling my appointments I would have seen Dr Griggs at least twice! This place is useless. Very unprofessional

Best comment I can give him is that he seems to think he doesn't need new patients. You can only get an appointment six months in advance.
