I feel bad even lying about this place even being worthy of one star, so let me start by saying leave its a 0. No matter who sends you here, just don’t even waste your time. They overbook all their appointments and I just finished waiting 45 minutes after the start of my appointment that I was 15 minutes early to. Do not go here, do not waste your time. By the way they have two different waiting rooms. After I asked why my appointment was 15 minutes late they moved me to the second waiting room, just so they can fool you into thinking it’s almost your turn. I waited longer in the second location than the first. Waste. Of. Time.

This open MRI is the best experience I have had. The machine truly is open to the patient's side view, and the bed is prepared to be as comfortable possible-- even for someone with an awful back. The MRI staff are kind and helpful.

I have an appointment at 5:30pm arrived here at 5pm after work to have time to fill out paperwork to be told that there was a wait time for the machine for an hour so there would be a delay! What I don’t understand is why wasn’t I notified prior to my arrival and appointment time so then I could make a decision if I wanted to cancel or not! Instead I get told once I’ve already driven 40 minutes away from my job and now I’m over and hour away from my home. So I opted to wait, now it is 6:36pm and I’m told it will be another 45 minutes so now I will have been here over 2 hours waiting to get to the machine not including the time it takes while in the machine which I’m told is approximately 45 minutes! This is insane my time is precious and if they can’t maintain appointment times they either need to schedule less appointments during the day or get another machine! I will ask to go somewhere else next time because this is not good customer service and they are not being considerate! Inform your patients/ customers prior to there arrival to avoid this! I could just leave but I’ve already waited an hour and 40 minutes so I’m going to just do it so my time and gas doesn’t go to waste!

I didn’t check the ratings here before but clearly there is a track record for poor service. First, I called to find the location, they couldn’t give me any information other than the people who are in their same building, then I arrive 30 minutes early, and then tell me that it’s going to be 40 minutes after my appointment time. They weren’t going to say anything and I only found that out because I asked.

I know people have bad days , that’s understandable. I’ve been left on hold for two hours , just trying to make a appointment and check coverage. “Why don’t you call and figure it out” was her response to me. Then put me on hold for another 30 minutes...I’m just trying to find out what issues I’m having and know I won’t get stuck with a $700 bill cause insurance didn’t go through for them. Takes $0 to be nice.

I came here with my son for the X-ray and make us wait about 1hr for simple ...I can’t not believe that unorganized office that people wait 30 minutes to hour for X-ray I won’t never come back here and won’t recommend to no one

Been there several times. Got stuck in mri machine once. The room where the mri is, needs to be cleaned and disinfected. Worst of all they gave me someone else's mri results on a cd. Found that out at the next appointment i had 40 miles from home only to be told theres nothing they can do with they correct cd.

DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND CHARGE YOU TOO AND SEND THE BILL TO YOUR CREDIT, THATS *FRAUD* MY INSURANCE PAID FOR EVERYTHING I STILL END UP WITH A BILL ON MY CREDIT.
