Roberto and his staff were amazing! Cheryl was especially helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Took great care of my son and didn't have much of a wait. Highly recommended for any urgent medical need when in the Hunters Creek area!

My daughter tested positive for strep yesterday in office. We asked for the prescription to be sent to cvs instead of walgreens because of the insurance and as of this evening it still hasn't been sent to cvs. We left a message yesterday, went in person at 8am this morning and called them at 11:30. Each time assured it would be sent to cvs and at 6pm this even still nothing. At this time I'm now at walgreens paying full price because my daughter is really sick and needs her medication. Terrible customer service.

I made an appointment online and the next appointment was in 20 minutes. The service was great with the receptionist and Carolyn (nurse) was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this centra care to anyone.

I recently had an experience with Advent that left me dissatisfied on multiple fronts. Unfortunately, the combination of costly services, long wait times, and poor overall service has compelled me to share my feedback. Firstly, the costs associated with the services provided by Advent were considerably high, leaving me questioning the value for money. The pricing structure seemed disproportionate to the quality of service received. Moreover, the wait times during my visit were unreasonably long. I understand that some wait is inevitable, but the extent of the delay was excessive and negatively impacted my experience. Efficient appointment scheduling and time management should be a priority to ensure a positive customer experience. Adding to the frustration was the overall quality of service, which fell below my expectations. The staff's communication was lacking, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness to customer needs. It's disheartening to encounter such subpar service, especially considering the costs involved. I believe that addressing these issues – revisiting the pricing structure, improving appointment management, and enhancing overall service quality – is crucial for Advent to provide a more positive and customer-friendly experience.
