Been coming here for years to do my company Physical as a driver. This time it was better than normal. I don’t know if the staff is new? The personnel was very nice. I also had an appointment this time and went smoothly. Would recommend this place.

Spoke with a receptionist trainer who was quite rude and unprofessional. It seemed like she didn’t like her job. The one she was training was a lot nicer.

Extremely slow service even if you have an appointment. I've been to other Centra Care's with Advent Health and haven't had this experience. I literally waited 3 hours with an appointment!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Advent health Centra Care in Kissimmee! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The medical care was top-notch, and the entire process was efficient. I felt well taken care of in a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!”

The staff here is amazing. Extremely thorough with their care. I had an injury at work back in April, and Concentra did not believe a word I said, using my one time opportunity to change physicians with workman’s comp I came here and received all the care I needed and more. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean. Coffee and tv in the waiting room also.
