I recently brought my daughter in for ear pain, and fever. The staff was friendly, and got us back into a room rather quickly. The provider (Jessica) was fantastic. She took time to explain everything regarding the situation. She did multiple tests to make sure everything was correctly diagnosed. The facility was clean and seemed organized.

Scheduled a visit for my daughter at 12:40pm and after waiting a hr I was advised if I’d like to have a tele-visit as if waiting a hr after my appointment time with a sick child isn’t stressful enough. If I would’ve wanted a tele-visit I would’ve scheduled that in the first place, besides given the symptoms my child has what good does that type of service give me?

Jan 17, 2024 Me gustaría poder darle 0 estrellas la experiencia de hoy con mi hija fue horrible. Llegamos a las 11:40am eran las 2pm y aun la doctora no habia entrado al cuarto tuve que salir a pedir medicamentos para la fiebre sabiendo ellos que mi hija tenia fiebre. Así que me fui de allí para el hospital 🏥 I wish I could give 0 stars today's experience with my daughter was horrible. We arrived at 11:40am, it was 2pm and the doctor never came to the room. I had to go out and ask for fever medication, knowing that my daughter had a fever. So I left there for the hospital 🏥

I used to work in urgent care and this urgent care always exceeds my expectations for care with my family we have been here quite a few times and they are always wonderful! I’m happy to have a quick, reliable urgent care close by.

WAIT ARE TREMENDOUSLY LONG. MA need more schooling speaking from a MA myself. Front desk needs to be rehired. Im currently in a room waiting and have been here since 1pm. better off going to the emergency room
