Your bedside manner( mind you its over the phone ) if you can make me feel this over the phone it will be just that much more on person. I feel welcome to discuss anything with you. Ive known Dr azfal for over 15 yrs working in hospital with him and I ve been patient of his for 5 yrs he is the best there is . Always puts patient first .

The best Dr in the area. I have been going to him for years. I have seen alot of doctors in the area before finding him. The other doctors just didn't cut it honestly. I'm glad he is my primary care doctor!

I'm going to start off by saying I am a fairly new resident to Florida coming from NYC. It has taken me a long time to find a trustworthy Dr. here that I felt was knowledgeable within their practice. (I've had bad expierences with the few Dr's I've tried here and in a nutshell my feedback on them is they purchased their license in a 25c machine..😑)I decided to try Dr. Ajaz Afzal as he was my grandmother's (RIP) primary Dr and has made it his priority for YEARS making sure he kept my grandmother's health stabile and in her best shape since she's been in his care and I cannot thank this man and his staff enough for his compassion and care he's had for her!! (Thank you Dr. Afzal! 🙏🏽) so I decided to give him a chance due to my grandmothers positive expierence and I have had no regrets.Dr. Afzal has exceeding what any Dr ever has done for me by controlling mutiple health issues, including covid. Dr. Afzal has always recommended medication with successful backgrounds that would meet my needs. He's never over medicated me and even advised me on home remedies that actually worked. Dr afzal's team is also incredibly helpful, informative, professional, super friendly and on top of their game. I had documentations that needed to be completed and they were returned back to me promptly before my requested deadline. I would highly recommend Dr Afzal to everybody. He takes his time with his patients, compassionate with a great sense of humor and truly listens. I believe he is highly knowledgeable in his practice, and because of his success rate with me and my family - I never question his recommendations.Thanks again Dr Afzal and the team at Acute Patient Care!!-Danielle S.

The Doctor is awesome!

Dr Afzal & NP Tina are ALWAYS kind and helpful. They honestly care and it shows. I have been using them as a provider for over a year and I have never once had an issue. I always recommend them to friends and family! Really great providers! You see Dr. Afzal every 3 months and NP Tina the rest of the time, which is pretty standard. Someone mentioned the restrooms not being clean, simply not true. Never once in a year has this been my experience. The staff is always helpful. I feel some people have expectations that no one can fill.

If you’re going to choose this practice as your primary care physician my suggestion is to do telehealth with Dr. perfecto his bedside manner is superb, he is compassionate, non-judge mental, and has extreme patience for his patients. Dr. perfecto works Mondays and Tuesdays and telehealth is available this office writes Suboxone and Subutex Plus whatever other element you’re dealing with but they are here to help you with your opioid dependency my suggestion is Dr. perfectoRyan T

Amazing Dr's, Dr Afzal, Dr. Peefecto, Dr Tina. Always attentive to my needs and has a answer. Makes me feel as if I am the only patient they have. Great staff! I would recommend to anybody! They will treat you with a smile and treat you right! AFFORDABLE
