He's one of her best doctors I ever had he listen doesn't judge is very smart and treat everyone with kindness and respect. He can make very hard to make decisions that can preserve your life and health. Just listen to his medical advise he's very experienced in his field of studies.

Dr. Hanley use to be my doctor a few years ago and when you get to your appointment the wait is over 2 hours long. I'm still waiting for his staff to send my new doctor my medical records and they have requested it several times and so have I. Please someone report this doctor.

Dr. Hanley is an excellent doctor. He is humble, he listens to you, and then he seems to know what's best for whatever ails you.

First it took over a month to get an appt. They called 3 times to confirm the same appointment. Then they had me show up 30 minutes early for an appointment and they were over an hour and a half late for it. I had to leave. They have no concern or your respect for your time. That is extremely rude. A lot of people try to fit visits in between appointments or work. The staff at this office is just rude and unprofessional. They could care less that you have other stuff to do like a job to pay for the insurance they want to bill. They just sit behind the desk and gossip.

Dr. Hanley is nice. His receptionists, however, lack basic customer service. On my first visit, they never told me that he was out sick. They had me waiting for 2 hours wasting and disrespecting my time without having the courtesy to inform me that the doctor is out of the office. The same trend remains in subsequent visits. The minimum wait time is 2.5 hours.

Don't even bother selecting Dr. Hanley as your primary care physician. It doesn't matter if your insurance says he's available, his office will absolutely refuse to see new patients. Save your self the time and the hassle and find yourself a different doctor who actually cares.
