The surgeon was very helpful and courteous. He made sure that I understood what was going on with my follow up care. Dr. Ramirez along with Jessica and the rest of the staff were very helpful and made me feel like I mattered.

I know this is a little late but Dr. Ramirez saved my life. In January of 2019 my appendix burst. I had a tremendous infection and a long surgery. 4 years later, I am in good health with no issues (knocking on wood). I have another family member who had a ruptured appendix (different state and doctor) and he is going through all kinds of problems just 6 months later. I don't want to reveal all the details about my procedure, but I can say that Dr. Ramirez was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly.

ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY-Had a hernia repair and 5months later hernia came back-after second procedure with same surgeon I was asked to come into the office for 3 follow-up appointments, and was told that it was part if surgery procedure. I later received a bill for 2nd appointment for $57.00, then charged for third appointment of $57.00. I paid for one of the two additional appointments and currently disputing the third appointment, as it was unnecessary for me to see doctor 3 months after surgery. I started dispute in July with surgeon staff and 3 months later along with several calls, I am now in collections. I reached out to Delilah in beginning of July, end of August and finally at the office in beginning of September to get a reply to my billing dispute. Delilah stated that even though Dr. Ramirez told me to come back for a follow-up appointment at 3months, the small print said that after 90 days I would be responsible for all billing and visits would not be part of follow-up, even though Dr. Ramirez was concerned as my second procedure was a redo at my expense-literally.
